Introduction

“Taiyi Jinhua Purpose” is a Taoist health-preserving book, passed down as Written by Lu Dongbin, a famous Taoist priest in the Tang Dynasty. The annotated language translation of “Taiyi Jinhua Tenet” in the first part of this book is mainly based on the “Dao Zang Collection Yao”, and also refers to the “Dao Zang Sequel” and other editions. Based on the annotations of various authors, the principles and methods of health preservation in each chapter are reviewed. The next part makes a more detailed analysis and introduction of the furnace, medicine, heat, inner alchemy practice, principles, procedures, levels, inner alchemy practice and dual cultivation of meditation and meditation in “Zhouyi Cantongqi”. At the same time, Wei Lixian, Jung’s main viewpoints on Jindan health preservation are also introduced.
