Introduction
Abe Seimei was born in the 21st year of Enki (921 AD) and died in the 2nd year of Kanhiro (1005 AD). Seimei Abe is the ancestor of the Onmyodo Tumimon family, he was taught by Kamo Tadayuki and Kamo Baoxian, and was honored as a student of astronomy in 960 AD.
