Wei Qianli: from Jiaxing, Zhejiang. Born at Chenshi on March 31, 1911, and died in the seventy-seventh year of the Republic of China. Graduated from Fudan University Department of Literature. A famous numerologist in the Republic of China, he was a rare genius. During the Xi’an career period, Ms. Song Meiling once asked Patriarch Wei Qianli to divination Liuren gods, and everything she said was true. At that time, Mrs. Jiang presented Master Wei with dozens of yuan, which made Master Wei famous and shared the name of “South Yuan and North Wei” with Master Yuan Shushan. At the same time, together with Yuan Shushan and Xu Lewu, they are called “Shanghai’s three masters of numerology”. He is the practical faction among the three great masters. He inherited his father’s mantle in Shanghai, established his career by discussing his fate, and he is better than blue. He is consulted by high-ranking officials and ordinary people. It is “Thousands of Fate”.

It is said that when Wei Qianli was young, he listed fortune-telling in Shanghai and opened a museum to teach apprentices. In 1933, at the age of 22, he published “Selected Numerology Promises”. In 1934, at the age of 23, he edited and published “Lecture Notes on Webster’s Numerology”. In 1946, at the age of 35, he published “Bazi Summary”. At the age of 38 in 1949, when the mainland was liberated, Webster left Shanghai and went to Hong Kong for fortune-telling. In 1960, at the age of 49, he published “Divination Lecture Notes” in Hong Kong, and began to write “Answers to Fate” in “Spring and Autumn Magazine”, and became famous. In 1963, at the age of 52, he published “Gua Gua Ji”. 1965, 54 years old, school preface “Shenfeng Tongkao Numerology Authentic”. In 1966, at the age of 55, he published “Commentary on the Yuan Key of Creation” by Xu Lewu. In 1979, at the age of 68, he went to Taipei to give lectures. In 1986, at the age of 75, he gave lectures in Taipei. In 1987, at the age of 76, he was trampled while giving a lecture in Taipei. In 1988, at the age of 77, he died of illness in Hong Kong on December 12 (the fourth day of the eleventh month of the lunar calendar), which is the day of Xinchou in the Jiazi month of the Bochen year.
